Cancellation policy
Changes happen and we get it. Please cancel your booking with the Pro Shop (250.765.7777) a minimum of 2 hours prior to your booked time, or you will be charged a NO-SHOW fee of $20.00 per person. Again, any cancellations made to your booking time within 2 hours of your tee time and you will be subject to the no-show fee.
RAIN CHECK POLICY
Did you know Shadow has a 100% Rain Check Policy? This means you'll receive a credit for the holes you don't play due to inclement weather. Rain checks expire at the end of the season.
